• Channel resource development and cost optimization, including channels such as express delivery and trucks;
• Service provider contract review, terms negotiation;
• Capacity development and assurance;
• Deep operation of relationships at all levels of service providers;
• Dispute bill and claim escalation appeal collection;
• Channel material requisition (such as pallets, cage carts, label paper, printers, etc.)

Requirements for the head of the regional channel department:
① Business negotiation skills: Possess excellent business negotiation skills, negotiation techniques, and the ability to achieve negotiation goals strategically;
② Cognitive level: Stand on the company's standpoint, fully understand the importance of various terms of the channel, and the impact range of the channel;
③ Global thinking: Regional channel resource integration; grasp the overall situation, prioritize tasks, different strategies for short and long-term situations, adapt to local conditions; long-term channel management and strategic thinking; able to respond to complex internal and external environmental changes (impact of internal projects within the group and channel patterns of business flow platforms and logistics peers)
④ Service provider relationship management: Cooperation and win-win thinking, deep and long-term relationship maintenance, able to establish good official and personal relationships with frontline sales, delivery, and senior personnel of service providers, and to a certain extent influence the pricing strategies and even business strategies of service providers in certain areas;
⑤ Channel experience: Rich experience in channel development, maintenance, and management;
⑥ Collaboration ability: Ability to communicate and coordinate with departments within the country, across BUs, and regions;
⑦ Language ability: Fluent in English;
⑧ Office location: Able to travel regularly and long-term

Pay: $23.13 - $27.85 per hour
